Thank you both so much for delivering the teddy bears to me tonight.  I am really pleased with them and the fact that you delivered to my home well in time for my birthday.  I have only been collecting teddy bears a short period of time and will definitely use your shop for any future purchases.  I really like the Dean's bears, Charlie, Ollie & Scotch Mist,  and am looking to buy Eddie at the end of April  when I return from my holiday if he is still available.  I look forward to visiting your shop in the near future and meeting you both again.

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Having just received your email/invoice regarding our recent order of the Charlie Bear Talitha, it reminded me that I wished to say a huge thank-you for delivering the order so promptly!  The bear was ordered as a birthday present for my son who, although now 19 years of age, is very thrilled to own a Charlie Bear of his own as both his grandmother and myself started collecting them just over a year ago... Talitha was a favourite of his in the catalogue his gran was showing him.  Not only did you have the bear in stock (I was having trouble locating one) but you delivered it in time for his birthday even though we'd ordered it within the week before!!  His Gran can't wait for an opportunity to come and visit your store in Staffordshire!!
