the nature of our business includes many rare items including one off pieces, faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. we will then issues a returns number and a arrange a replacement as appropriate to that particular item.
the customer has 7 days to return any unwanted item at their own expense, please note that special made to order items and limited editions are non-refundable.
returned items will not be accepted if they are not receieved by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. i the unusual event of an item being returned the customer will be refunded less any carriage charge paid.
if the item has been sent by us using promotional free carriage and you wish to return it for a refund we will deduct £ 10 postge and packing, restocking and adminitration charge from your refund. obviously some peices cannot be exchanged with an identical product due to the low production numbers ofmany items, common sense will prevail instance of this nature.
